神様のあわれみによって廃墟が建て直されていきます。

聞け。貧しい者たちを踏みつけ、地の悩む者たちを絶やす者よ。(アモス 8:4)

人間はもともと堕落しています。神様を無視し続けていれば、弱い者いじめをします。

見よ。わたしは重りなわを、わたしの民イスラエルの真ん中に垂れ下げよう。わたしはもう二度と彼らを見過ごさない。(アモス 7:8)

イスラエルは神様の基準から外れていました。神様は見過ごしませんでした。
